Usage method
Screen Selection:
High mesh screens are typically used (such as 156-325 mesh) to ensure the uniform distribution of the coating.
Printing Process:
1. Stir the ink thoroughly before printing to ensure an even distribution of ingredients.
2. Dry at 130°C-150°C for 10-30 minutes after printing, or use a belt dryer to dry at 130°C-170°C for 5-10 minutes.
Notes:
Avoid introducing bubbles into the ink to prevent affecting the printing effect.
When cleaning, use ethoxypropyl alcohol or screen cleaner.
Care and maintenance
Storage Conditions:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding high temperatures and humidity.
Cleaning:
Clean the screen printing tools promptly after use to prevent residues from affecting the next application.
