Screen selection
High mesh mesh (such as 156-325 mesh) is usually used to ensure a uniform distribution of ink.
Printing process
• Stir the ink well before printing to ensure even composition.
• Semi-automatic or manual screen printing equipment can be used.
• Dry at 130°C-150°C for 10-30 minutes after printing, or use a belt dryer to dry at 130°C-170°C for 5-10 minutes.
Note
• Avoid introducing bubbles into the ink, so as not to affect the printing effect.
• Use ethoxypropyl alcohol or screen cleaner when cleaning.
