High Mesh Rubber Paste
High Mesh Rubber Paste is a water-based paste specially developed for high-mesh screen printing. It is usually in the form of white or light yellow paste and is suitable for fine screens with high tension and high resolution. Its core features and applications can be summarized as follows:
Ingredients and Environmental Protection:
Water-based formula with extremely low VOC, it complies with environmental protection certifications such as OEKO-TEX.
The film is mainly formed by synthetic rubber or polyurethane emulsion, and then high-elasticity crosslinking agent is added. After printing, it has a soft hand feel and good resilience.
Compatible with high mesh count web versions:
It can stably pass through the mesh on high-mesh polyester or stainless steel mesh fabric of 120T (300 mesh) and above, and is not prone to clogging holes.
The balanced design of low viscosity and high solid content not only ensures ink penetration at high mesh sizes but also maintains edge clarity.
Typical applications:
High-resolution Logo, fine lines, and dot gradient printing.
Elastic paste printing for sportswear, swimsuits, elastic fabrics and other items that require tensile resistance.
It can be overprinted with high-coverage white background or color layers to achieve a CMYK four-color dot simulation effect.
Process parameters:
Wire mesh: 120-165 T (300-420 mesh), tension 20-25 N/cm.
Scraper: 65-75 ° polyurethane, Angle 70-75 °, pressure 0.3-0.5 MPa.
Drying: Hot air at 120-150 ℃ or press for 10-15 seconds; After complete curing, it can withstand more than 30 washes at 60 ℃.
Usage and Storage:
After opening the bucket, stir thoroughly. If dilution is needed, use 3-5% deionized water.
12-month warranty for normal temperature sealing. Avoid freezing below 0 ℃.
In short, High Mesh Rubber Paste is a specialized water-based rubber paste for high-precision screen printing scenarios, which combines elasticity, environmental friendliness and printability. It can meet the dual demands of modern clothing and industrial nameplates for high-resolution and stretch-resistant printing.
