High sensitivity and short exposure time
The sensitivity of SBQ emulsion is much higher than that of traditional diazo photo emulsion, and the exposure time is only 1/3 to 1/5 of the diazo type. For example, when using an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp (3kW) for exposure, the optimal exposure time for a 150-mesh screen (film thickness 15±1µm) is only 15 seconds.
Excellent preservation stability
It can be stored for at least 1 year without deterioration at room temperature, and some products can even be stored for 2 years.

Usage Method
Preparation stage: Before use, stir the photo emulsion glue evenly and degrease the screen.
Coating and drying: The coating method is the same as that of diazo photo emulsion, and the drying temperature is recommended to be controlled at about 40℃.
Exposure and development: Adjust the exposure time according to the type of light source and screen parameters, and can be double-exposed after development to improve printing resistance and film stripping.
