Water-based SBQ emulsion is a single liquid photo emulsion material based on PVA-SBQ resin with the following properties and applications:
Product Peculiarity
High sensitivity and short exposure time
The sensitivity of SBQ emulsion is much higher than that of traditional diazo photo emulsion, and the exposure time is only 1/3 to 1/5 of the diazo type. For example, when using an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp (3kW) for exposure, the optimal exposure time for a 150-mesh screen (film thickness 15±1µm) is only 15 seconds.
Excellent preservation stability
It can be stored for at least 1 year without deterioration at room temperature, and some products can even be stored for 2 years.
High resolution and fine pattern reproduction
Can produce fine line precision screen plate, good graphic reproduction, suitable for high-precision screen printing.
Easy to operate
It is a single liquid photo emulsion, without adding photosensitizer, and can be used after mixing evenly. After coating, the remaining photo emulsion in the scraper can be recycled into the original bucket for reuse.
