The sensitivity of SBQ emulsion is much higher than that of traditional diazo photo emulsion, and the exposure time is only 1/3 to 1/5 of the diazo type. For example, when using an ultra-high pressure mercury lamp (3kW) for exposure, the optimal exposure time for a 150-mesh screen (film thickness 15±1µm) is only 15 seconds.
