Screen selection:
It is recommended to use 110-230 mesh mesh to ensure that the pearlescent pigment particles can pass smoothly.
If you need a brighter pearlescent effect, you can choose a thicker screen.

Printing process:
Background color treatment: In order to obtain a better pearlescent effect, it is recommended to print a layer of white ink on the dark fabric.
Ink thickness: Pearlescent paste requires a thicker ink layer to achieve better pearlescent effect.
Curing conditions: Most pearlite pastes need to be cured at a lower temperature (such as 260°F to 270°F) to avoid the effect of high temperature on the pearlite effect.

Note:
Fully stir the pearlescent paste before use to ensure the uniform distribution of the pearlescent pigment.
Avoid using too much thinner or additives, so as not to affect the pearling effect.

Cleaning: It is recommended to use a mild detergent and avoid using bleach or strong alkaline detergent.

Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated environment, avoid high temperature and humidity.
