Usage Method
Mesh Selection: 80-100 mesh screen is typically used.
Printing Process:
- Start with the anti-sublimation paste as a base, which usually needs to be printed 2-3 times to ensure adequate thickness.
- After the base layer is prepared, other printing pastes can be applied on top.
- Once printing is complete, it generally requires drying at temperatures between 60°C and 100°C.
Note: The thickness of the anti-sublimation paste is proportional to its anti-sublimation performance, but an excessively thick layer may result in a stiffer hand feel. Because sublimation properties vary with different fabrics and colors, pre-production testing is strongly recommended.
