Screen selection: High mesh mesh (such as 156-325 mesh) is usually used to ensure a uniform distribution of ink.

Printing process:

Stir the ink well before printing to ensure even composition.

Semi-automatic or manual screen printing equipment can be used.

Dry at 130°C-150°C for 10-30 minutes after printing, or use a belt dryer to dry at 130°C-170°C for 5-10 minutes.

Note:

Avoid introducing bubbles into the ink, so as not to affect the printing effect.

Use ethoxypropyl alcohol or screen cleaner when cleaning.

Storage conditions: Should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated environment, avoid high temperature and humidity.

Cleaning: Clean the screen printing tools in time after use to avoid residues affecting the next use.
