Hardness: Scrapers with high hardness are suitable for high tension wire mesh, while scrapers with low hardness are suitable for low tension wire mesh.
Ink performance: Select the length, thickness, and hardness of the scraper based on the viscosity, fineness, and hardness of the ink.
The performance of the substrate: Hard or uneven substrates are suitable for using softer scrapers.
Printing requirements: When a large amount of ink needs to be transferred to the substrate, a softer scraper should be used.
Printing pressure: When the pressure is high, it is not suitable to use a scraper that is too soft.
