Physical properties
The plastisol ink is paste, thixotropic, thick when placed, it will become thin after stirring, and the temperature will affect its viscosity, low viscosity in summer, high viscosity in winter.
Curing characteristics
It is almost not dry at room temperature, and when heated to a certain temperature (usually 150℃-180℃), cross-linking reaction will occur and cure, forming a flexible PVC film, and closely combined with the fiber.
Printing features
no plug, no frequent plate washing, can use 350 mesh screen printing, network cable up to 8 lines or more, fine pattern, printing dot can be wet sleeve wet continuous printing, improve work efficiency. The cured ink film has good elasticity, high adhesion fastness, and both dark and light fabrics can be printed.

Precautions for use

- Equipment requirements: need to be equipped with heating equipment and corresponding printing press.
